Muddy River is named after the Northern Wairoa River on the west coast of Northland. Muddy River consists of father, son, brothers and their nephew.

 

They are all great friends who have been making beautiful music together for more than 16 years.

 

All band members have strong affiliations with Dargaville.They always really enjoy the BOI Country Rock Festival and spending time together.
