Jenny Mitchell

Described as Gore’s Sweetheart in a recent issue of Life magazine…

Jenny is a 15-year-old singer songwriter from Gore, New Zealand. She began singing at the age of four thanks to her dad, Ron Mitchell. Her song writing manages to perfectly balance a distinctive country sound with her own unique folk & celtic style.

Jenny has already started to forge a name for herself in the New Zealand music scene. Apart from her regular gigs in her home town of Gore, Jenny has been a strong contender and winner of awards including international song writing and performances in Tamworth, Australia, the New Zealand Gold Guitar Awards, local busking championships, and an unforgettable run on New Zealand’s Got Talent in which she placed a staggering third overall.

Whether it be a quiet dinner crowd or a festival of thousands, Jenny’s unassuming talent has certainly made crowds sit up and listen. Releasing her debut album this year is a dream come true…..

Jenny is very excited to be attending this festival and looks forward to meeting new faces.
