Aly Cook

It has been an exceptional couple of years for Aly Cook, New Zealand’s homegrown multi award winning recording artist.

Boasting a mix of international touring, ground-breaking performances & number one hits, Aly has spent the time mixing it with the best. Aly shared the same bill on the European country music stage as Rosanne Cash and Laura Bell Bundy & she opened for Melissa Etheridge, REO Speedwagon and Huey Lewis & The News for the Summer Concert in Taupo NZ, where she showcased her original songs from her two albums to a crowd of 20,000.

Aly has a true passion for writing “in the moment” and from the heart. Her songs naturally resonate with her fans as they are refreshingly insightful, unique and real.

Her touring in Australia has been a great source of inspiration for her songs and they proudly feature on her latest charting album 'HorseShoe Rodeo Hotel' which as pocketed 5 no#1 hits to date. Her single 'Western Line' hit  no#1 on the Australian Top 40 Country Tracks chart staying there for 6 weeks & May 2017 saw Aly Cook take out dual no#1 on both the International Country Top 200 Artists Chart & the Top 40 Singles Chart.

In 2017 Aly took out the Top 40 Country Tracks Chart number #1 Song of the Year;  International Artist of the Year at the 2017 Awards in Tasmania,   and beginning 2018 her last single from her album 'Love is a Fool Time Job' made gold with the song remaining no#1 for 3 weeks.

Aly was awarded 2018 International Award at the recent Tasmanian Country Music Awards and at the 2019 Tamworth Country Music Festival,  the International Country Music Association of Australia awarded Aly the international award for her work in Australia supporting other independent Australian and New Zealand artists..
